Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Jacob Cohën box, ensuring the authenticity certificate and all original labels are included to qualify for a refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Handover and Tracking
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our logistics partner's website.
